It's a potty miracle!

Last week, Leo and mommy went to the store to buy a potty. We sit on it, we clean it, we read the book about going potty on the potty. Well, yesterday, daddy put Leo on the potty and told him to push - and out came a little "toot" Needless to say, I never thought I could be excited over hearing a fart (I've seen Alex excited about farts before though..... guy thing I guess. Although, I fully admit I am in awe of farts lit on fire!) Anyway, we adorned Leo with a stamp and did a potty dance, yada yada.

So this morning, while he was in the middle of playing with his awesome new scooper - he ran into the bathroom, picked up the lid on his "Royal thrown" and yelled "PEE PEE" So we started the ritual.

But this time........after some grunting and pushing........ all of the sudden I heard "Da Da Da DAAAA" the music that the royal thrown plays when pee pee touches the bottom!!!!!! YEAH!!! He did it! I was going to take a picture, but Leo was too fast! He knew what to do. He took the little seat off, got the cup and went and dumped it into the big potty, then ran to his stool to wash his hands - so smart!!!!!! We're so proud! Leo now has 2 stamps on each of his feet!

We left a ridiculous message on Grandma and Grandpa Shaffer's machine and called daddy right away!
PS - We know it's too good to be true, but we'll take what pee pee we get :-)
