Halloween!

Leo liked Halloween! We've been playing it up for some time, we were not sure he would put his costume on.... But our big boy did it! He was just adorable! His favorite might have been carving the pumpkin ("Leo help daddy cut pumpkin, mommy help too" - What a sentence!)

Alex and I thought that maybe a themed family costume might be fun (we thought this on Thursday night) So daddy is the "guy," as Leo calls him - the scuba diver that comes to steal Nemo off the reef. Every time Leo watches this movie he screams "Oh no, guy coming. Nemo, guy coming, be careful!" When Alex emerged with his costume on, Leo took a few minutes to process. Then he started screaming "Daddy guy, be careful Nemo!" Mommy made a construction paper Dory costume. Nemo (Leo) kept saying to Dory (mommy) on Halloween, "Come on Dory, just keep swimming!" as we walked up to the doors.

Hope you enjoy these.

So cute and you clearly all had such fun :) Your Nemo theme would also have worked great at our local Aquarium which has Spooky Halloween nights, although they probably would have wanted to keep Leo as their star fish exhibit!
